OK so I don't know what gotten over me but I woke up one Sunday morning and decided I had to bake. Here's my recipe on a low carb cheesecake.
Ingredients:
approximately 690ml of cream cheese
3 eggs
1g splenda
1 T vanilla extract
1 t almond extract
Directions:
- Mix together cream cheese, splenda and extracts. Then add eggs and beat until creamy.
- Pour into greased pie pan.
- Bake for 35 mins at 170celcius or until cracked and golden brown
Here's a picture after we topped it up with vanilla ice cream and strawberry topping.
